Feeling Green?

So yesterday I completed a 1-Day juice cleanse that I put together myself to reset my metabolism and to flush my body from toxins. I have to admit it. was. hard. My roommates sure got an earful of me when I got home from work. All I could think about was food. I am so proud of myself though because I didn’t cheat at all! The next day I actually felt extremely well rested and energized. I gave all the credit to the juices so to keep the trend going I created a juice recipe today that was pretty rad.

Warning: This juice does have somewhat of a sour flavor and isn’t a good juice for people who are juicing beginners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 3 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Apple
  • 5-6 Strawberries

Here are some pictures of the juicing process! I have a black and decker juicer which I got off amazon for 30 bucks! Such a good investment, like seriously probably the most bang for your buck in a long time! Here’s my exact one!
